Outsourced - 6th year H1 with Approved I-140 and 3 yr extension in progress

Hi

I'm being outsourced where my line of duties, role&responsibilities, title, location are same.

I'm currently on H1B 6th year with I-140 approved and H1B 3 year extention in progress(filed on 26th Nov 2008).

To protect my H1B status and GC PD what are my options ?
