My question is for my wife. Me and wife entered on an H1 and H4 respectively in Jan 2002 and in March 2002 she got a job and H1 approved and stamped in her passport from Canada. In July she quit her job and we left the country and re-entered on the original H4 she had got through me.
Is she out of status, if so what are the ramifications when filing for I-140.
