Out of Status?

Out of Status. Am I?

1. My I-485 got denied. My H 6 years finished. I have passed two years after filing I-485. Am I out of status?

2. Because I-485 got denied, technically my EAD and AP is invalid. Can I continue to work on present EAD which shows a validity for a year from now?

Please help.
