Hi everyone. My question: I have graduated in may 1998 from my master\'s degree and left the US on December 5th, same year. No practical training option here because it was used after graduating from university in the US. Since then, I have been approved for a 10 year B1/B2 visa and now my company is sending me to the US on an L1 visa. Will I have any problems?
I understand that the decision about my status is at the discretion of an immigration officer...correct?
