Out of Status

Any ideas for my parents who are out of status? They came here in 1990 when my sister was born (US born) and they paid some attorney to get the "EAD" card under LULAC with wishful thinking of getting a greencard within 3 years. I am 28 years old and just got my green card 1 year ago using 265(I) with adjustment of status from my x-employer. I have another sister who is married to a citizen but does not have her green card yet.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

with that attorney if he really filed any immigration application.

Need to be a USC to petition for your parents and they do not seem to have any USC children, except for the one that was born here and is still too young to file. They may be 245i eligible (check on that) but they still would need an avenue to file an I-485 to return to legal status.

The "LULAC" is somewhat apporved for peaple who can prove they were in the US around 1984. So when my parents got an interview letter, they did not show up for interview because of the fear of getting deported and therefore they not longer have the EAD Card. Now we can wait 5 years when I or my 2nd sister becomes citizen and apply for them but with new local and fed. laws they can no longer renew they driver's licence.

Any ideas?

Are there any special exeptions where we can go to court and try to present our situation to get them some kind of status? One US born child (minor), 1 child married to a citizen and the 3rd child with a green card. The parents have nowhere to go after being here 15 years !!!
