Currently considered out of status. Live and work in N. England.
Have 2 us Bs degrees, and US MBA.
Company sponsored for two H1B's.
Unableto come up with $$ for AOC, and 1 month before second H1B expiration, lawyer said "can't help you... had to be at least one year b/4 expiration....
So, since 6/03 (expiration of second H1B), don't know what to do. Employer doesn't know/hasn't asked.
Any pointers would be extremely helpful.
