Out of status to H1B

Hi

I'm hopeful some of you knowledgable guys or gals can help me.

I returned to the US on F1 visa after going to high school and graduating here in States since I was 15, but had to quit because of financial reasons. My I-95 has a D/S stamp on it

I just received an offer from an employer in a different state who wants to hire me to work for their online business

Is there possibility to obtain H1B visa from here without going back home?

You say on valid F1 status, how so since I dont attend college at the moment, because of the D/S on the I-94?

If you are currently out of status, then you most probably would not be able to adjust your status in the US. Also, if you do not have at least a bachelor's degree, it might also prove difficult for you to obtain a H-1B.
