Here is my situation:
I am married to a US citizen, am currently on H1-B, have my I-130 approved and have filed my I-485, but have NOT yet received my receipt notice for the I-485.
If I loose my job or leave my job before I receive the I-485 receipt notice, am I out of status?
Any feedback is really appreciated. Thanks a bunch!!
