out of status and married

i have been out of status and i am married to an us born citizen for more than an year......but i dont have an alien number to apply for anything because i lost my passport long time back and couldnt Complain to police because i am out of status....i dont know wat to dooo...plss help me with some advice.,,,,

talk to the consulate in the USA of your home country. they will help you get a passport.
