Out of country...Arriving on Aug16

My family is out of country and they are arriving on Aug16th. I've entire application ready including medical and just need to attach their latest I-94 copy with the application. Just in case if I can't deliver to FedEx before 6.00 pm are there any other options for me? Will USCIS accept the application if I fly to Nebraska and hand deliver it to them?

Any suggestions!

You can't hand deliver the application to USCIS.
If filing GC is very crictical, ask your family to fly in few days earlier.
There is a chance that dates would retrogress for Ind/Chi in october by few years and stay that way for several years.
You can also file you application now and family's later.
