Does anyone has "Our review should be completed within 30 days" in their recent changed messages.... I got the following msg:


We reopened this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS on XXX, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30 days. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service.


My PD is two months behind the current PD....
Date shows on this message is, I-140 AD....
Didn't get any RFE....
I-485 filed 3 yrs back....
Enquired two times, they informed my NC or Security (whatever) is pending....

So my question here, does anyone got this (review should be done in 30 days) in their recent changed messages....

Could anyone has idea what is it about ?

I got the exact the same message today --- My I-485 was reopened by USCIS also.... I don't know what do they mean...
BTW, have you received the letter from USCIS?

my name check has been pending since March 4, 2004 .... So I don't know if this mean my name check has been cleared.... any idea?

What does the message mean? Will you be getting any letter from USCIS? Please share your thoughts/information...

Hi,

My attorney replied to me and said he is not sure what this is about and if my name check has been cleared or not. According to him, we can just wait and see what the letter says when we get it.

Does anyone receive the letter yet? If you do, could you please share what it is about... Thanks
