Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post office

I got the courtsey copies of approvals for myself, spouse and kids and I got myself & spouse passports stamped on the basis of Courtsey Copies and I also got the cards for my Kids. But today I got a mail "Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post office..." for all my cases. I checked with my lawyer and She has not received any approval letter. So I think orignal /Lawyer's copies are returned. I asked her to contact USCIS about that.
My Question is -
Will it be a problem in getting phsical card?
