our I-485 approved today from VSC

Guys,
Thanks everyone.. this has been a wonderful site. I-485 for me and my wife are approved today. Here is my story.

EB3 - India - PD: Nov 2000
I-140/I-485 concurrent filing June 2004 in TSC
Both of them were transferred to Philadelphia local office in Jul 2004
EAD and AP approved in a month and FP done in Oct 2004
Jan 2005 Interviewed for self and spouse in Philli local office. Officer said that local office cannot process I-140 and he cannot process I-485 because Visa numbers not available. He frightened us that he would cancel our GC because we applied for I-485 without I-140 being approved. I had a tough time explaining him about the concurrent filing which took into effect in 2002. He was convinced when he spoke to his higher officer. He said that he would transfer our I-140 to VSC ...
which never happened till July of this year after my continous bugging of the local congressman.
I-140 finally transferred to VSC in July 2006 and was approved in 2 weeks
Second FP was done on Aug 10th 2006
Only 1 LUD on I-485 on Sep 15th
contacted congressman several times after the FP too.
Today got the magic emails that our cases are approved.

So, never give up...Best of luck to everyone too.

Thanks.. I am not sure when the Namecheck was initiated, etc but know for sure that it was cleared by March 2006 as was told in Philadelphia local office using Infopass.
