Ottawa Consulate -> Timeframe on Approval Visas

Hello

I have an appointment scheduled in Ottawa on October 04th. Can anyone tell me if my visa get approved, when it will be ready for collection ?? Based on my appointment confirmation letter, the consulate says they will take 3 business days to process the visa in my passport ? would like to hear from anyone who had recently visited Ottawa consulate.

I went to Ottawa on 18th Dec 05 at 10:30 am.I got it the next day 3 pm .
