ottawa appt.in mid of Nov.

I have an appointment at ottawa in the second week of nov. The question i have is i had lost my passport in the past and got a new one, got it stamped in mexico couple of yrs back. i was on F1 and i recently changed to H1(first time H1). Is there any chances of getting rejected because of my lost passport??

I booked my appt. on Oct 20th. There was one slot available for Nov 4th and after that Nov 14th and then on Nov18th.From 18th there were lots of open slots.
