**** The Attorney General shall take such measures as may be

(1) reduce the backlog in the processing of immigration benefit applications, with the objective of the total
elimination of the backlog not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act;
>> if this is made law, i.e. when the PResident signs this bill, can we be sure that this ACTUALLY is going to
happen and if it doesnt, we can sue INS?!
