Marrage seems the bonified option to get a GC. What about other options.
For example Could one get a sponsor as such or can you get a dobted at
the age of 31
GRIN.. Surly the checks that are needed are to insure that
you dont have a crimal record and decent qualifications. Are there lawers
out there that know system as I belive the current system is there to
steam line the process of millions of applications. If some-one is willing to
go the extra mile and pay a good lawer the price. Is there a lawer that will
do it lawfully. I am a member of Mensa, never commtited a crime I work
16 hour days developing Software and hardware for all over the world.
I have travlled the world and now would like to settle down in USA at the
age of 31. I do not wish to do it by marraige. I am currently looking at
Canada and they have a great option, buy a company there and you get
your visa to stay, live, run the company as it will emply locals. I have
software developed that I could get a company in USA to invest, sponsor
and how can I stay without have to have $500 000 investment into USA
company, rather a comapny investing in me. What about being board of
directors of a company in USA. It has been hard to find answears to these
questions and any lawer that can anwser them.
