OT: Refund from USCIS

Gurus,

I sent a cashier check to update my H1 application for premium processing on 11/21. But they already processed my application.

Is there a way to contact USCIS and get the refund of my money as I never used their services ?

I feel that I have been cheated. Thanks in advance.

don't worry. they will send the check back . it has happened with me and they refunded my money back .
