[OT] Best way to get medical coverage

My mother, who is visiting the USA currently, has visitors insurance. Since the visitors insurance does not cover pre-existing conditions, I would like to know what best options in terms of cost she has, to visit a doctor. The doctor can be a family practice or internal medicine doctor.

If the insurance does not cover it, you will have to pay for it.
 
No doctors offer cheap service because you can always sue them for millions if things went wrong. Your best bet is to buy a first class ticket and fly her back home for treatment. Assuming condition allowed and insured back home of course.
