Original vs Copy

I was wondering besides the forms themselves, what do I need to send originals of? We are getting my wife's birth certificate, and I am wondering if I should have two copies sent, or if I can just send a copy with the forms? If it says on a form somewhere what is allowed to be a copy and what has to be original, I must have missed it.

They mention very clearly that a BC copy is fine as long as it is in English or has a translation attached with it.
Sending in the original is an option but chances of getting it back are grim so.

Read the instructions to file, for whichever form you are sending the BC for and double check this.
