Original Labor certificate

I am applying for substitution labor and company is missing original labor certificate issued by DOL. Does anyone know how many original certificates DOL sends out when it approves the labor. Does both lawyer and company each receive an original copy. Can someone guide me on this.

Dol normally send Certified letter to the Comp informing them the decision made on such case and the Letter and Certification goes to your Attorney , Comp does not get Certification.Check with your Attoney he will have the Original , I just got approval and I ask my attorney that I didn't see one in the Letter from DOL and he said they got it and they only send to Attoney.
