Original ASC Appointment Notice needed for FP?

Hi Gurus!

I got the copy of ASC Appointment Notice for FP for May 13th from my lawyer. Lawyer has the original copy, he just sent me the scanned .PDF. Should it be okay if I take the copy of the notice and my ID if I go for FP or the original notice from USCIS is needed?

Also I filed for my EAD after I filed I-485. Should the same FP serve for both I-485 and I-765?

Your experience and answers will be highly appreciated.

Read the FP, Section what you need to bring in for the FP appointment? Does that say you need this Notice in Original?
