Original Approval Notice .. Question?

Hi All,
I went for my stamping on Apr 5, 2004. Went smooth and all. They took the courtesy copy from me. Now all I have are photocopies of the courtesy copy.

Now I am asking my lawyer to send me the originals. The lawyer says I don't need it. The lawyer sent the originals to my friends who work for the same company and my friends didn't even have to ask for it.

Any suggestions on this and do I really need the originals for later?

Originals are yours. Request your lawyer nicely and ask him to send to you. It is always better to keep the originals, we never know.
