orginal I-94 form for H1 visa application?

Folks,
Is it necessary to send my original I-94 form to my wife so she can apply for H4 visa? Her name is not in my H1B application because we were not married at the time of filling.

The original I-94 may not be necessary, but if she is going for H-4 stamping, I would sent the original I-797 appoval notice and a copy of my current I-94 (if I am in the U.S.).
