Oregon State applications.Is it under process?

Hi All,
My PD is June 2003 RIR EB3 from Oregon.No news on 45 letter.
It looks like it will be kept in pedning for another 'N' number of years !.I haven't read any Oregonians who has gotten approved labor with PD during this time frame .I wonder this is exclusive for OREGON?
It seems to be very funny where other state is faster for no reasons from DBEC.

Just checking again.Any Oregon folks out there ?
It seems Oregon applications are not paid any attention.
