Hello All.

I shall appear for my Oracle 10g OCP next week and hope to have the paper certiciation degree with me in a month. I also intend to start my I-140 process from Vermont at the earliest and wish to submit that certification as a part of my experience set.

Should I wait to start the I-140 process after I get the certificate to include it in the submitted set of documents. Or can I start my process with all the other documents and just send that one certificate later on when it is available.

Does Vermont service center even accept any document later on after it has received the I-140 form and documents.

Hoping for your guidance.

I would wait until I get certificate.Send complete document not just bare minimum to fulfill filing requirement. This is just my 2 cents.

Usually they do not care about such certificates. They care only about University degrees and relevant experience unless it is mentioned on the Labor. Just apply without it. If it is a requirement for Labor then you should have completed before applying for Labor. Certificate date must be older then labor application submission date.

I agree with Tammy2. its waste of time to wait for certificate if its not required in LC. and even if its specify in LC you must have Oracle certificate before priority date.

Vermont or any service center cares least of what your certifications are. Its upto you to get them to find a better job or something. In what way does Vermont advantegous in you getting your Oracle Certification?

Better file without it, its just a waste of time for you wait until you are done.
