OR - Changing employer

Greetings. I received my green card a few months ago. My employer sponsored the entire process as EB1-OR (Outstanding Researcher).

I have several excellent opportunities to work for a major employer in the same field but not necessarily in research. This could happen before the end of the year, that is, more than 6 months after receiving the green card.

Would this be considered fraudulent or jeopardize my citizenship application?
