Unfortunately, I-485 hasn't been filed and I am going to change job next week. So the approval won't be useful for me.

Background:
- PHD is a top US engineering school
- 20+ publications
- 30+ citations
- minor awards
- currently in an industrial lab (used to be big name), and will take a faculty job in tier II univ.

EB1-1 EA (self-petition) filed at the same day -- still pending ... wish that I will have good luck...
