It is pretty wierd. The EB1-OR processing time of NSC posted by AILA on Aug. 15, 2003 is 12/3/2002. Your approval shows that they are processing 4/3/2003 instead of 12/3/2002. It is 4 months ahead. It is so strange.

There is nothing strange about it. Those times are not official and every place that posts them clearly states this fact.

Congratulations, idli. The hard part is over.

Hi, idli216 and Urch,

Both of you got EB1-OR I-140 approved from NSC. Did you file concurrently(I140+I485+EAD+AP) or non-concurrently?

THANKS!!!

semi concurrent 485

what i mean is that i filed 485+EAD approximately one month after the 140 (I was still waiting for some documents for my 485 like medical report and birth certificate and didnt want to delay the 140).

Hi, I don't know other center,
but in NSC, if you file concurrently
(i140 + i485, may not include EAD)
will accelerate you i140 case!

if you file i140 + i485 at same time it will be
much fast, if file i485 late on (my case) it also
a little fast, if don't file i480 late on , your case
take a long time!, I don't know why, but it is true!

good luck

Congratulations! In your case, the only thing strange is that it takes almost 6 months to get AP and EAD approval. Usually, it only takes 1-2 months even before the I-140 approval.

I think they approved my EAD and AP only after approving 140. However I could get an interim EAD from local BCIS 90 days after filing 765.
