Options? If 485 denied

In the worst possible scenario, what are the options left if 485 denied?

1. How much time is given by USCIS to leave the country, if just in case MTR also does not work?
2. What would be the best option to sell the car/house quickly?
3. After closing the bank accounts, is money transfered automatically in the bank (in home country) in equivalent currency or otherwise?
4. Is there any benefit/recommendation by the school board as far as kids further education in home country?
5. Who pays for the air-tickets if working on EAD?
6. How to deal with substantially hugh luggage to be taken along, and the stuff to be thrown other than the yard sale?
7. How to deal with IRA's. Mutual funds, Stocks, life Insurance, Health Insurance, taxes, 401K and any other investment?

What are the options if the above-mentioned is not met in the alloted time by USCIS? Where does the money go?.
Is it worth continuing to stay after the expired time and finish off everything? As such the status is in jeopardy, who is going to come back again.

Any other idea guys? I think it is better to be prepared in this bad time instead of regreting later.

Don't worry too much, yaar. Sometimes it helps if you take one day at a time. Forget about tomorrow. If your case is rejected, you will be given enough time (may be 2 to 4 weeks) to pack your bags. There might not be any grace period in the law, but operational procedures of INS are sometimes different.
Almost everybody will get approved. It's just a matter of time.
 
Munnabhai, i don't know if you have seen the movie, Munnabhai MBBS!!! (Maybe you should watch it.... .... .it's friday Yar!!!).

Why worry so much yar!!! Unless you have done any criminal activity, there shouldn't be any reason your case will be denied.


Moreover, there are lawyers in this country... .what are they for..!!!!

I won't let myself worry with all this. If it happens then also , i beleive that anything that happens, happens for GOOD!!!

Not many options. One option is to re-open case and it might
take 6 months before you hear from USCIS then file appeals with
BAC (? i am not sure

I see some ppl getting RFE's based on education, specially ones who have a 3 year degree etc. Is it possible to get an RFE for this in 485 stage, considering no RFE's were issued in the 140 stage?
