Options for a child of a GC holder

hi, what are the options for a child of a GC holder to travel to US. The child was born in india and is under 2 years. appreciate any help.

If the permanent residency of the parent was received in other way EXCEPT as an immediate relative, then the child can get derivative status if the child was born before their parents received the LPR status.
