Options after enering US and activation of GREEN CARD

I have one question.
Can you please anyone tell me what are the option after you get in US and get activated GC on the airport.
How long you will have to stay?
Can you get back to your country after 15 days?
Can you get back to US aggain without embassy procedures again after a while?
