My friend, her status is..
1. graduated B.S. in Education 04
2. graduated M.S. in Education 06' then worked with OPT/EAD for a year.
3. taking MBA program.
When she graduates from MBA, will she be able to get OPT?
My argument is that she has used OPT for Master level once, but it was in education, which is different "field" from business (MBA) that she'll be getting.
My lawyer friend also wasn't 100% sure but sounds like she'll be able to get 2nd OPT per Master level, only if the field is totally different; to Business from Education.
