*****JUST MY THOUGHT*********
DHS has directed INS to process the backlog cases as fast as possible so that DHS can focus on new initiatives related to security of this land i.e. United States of freaking America.

As DHS have to concentrate on issues like terrorism, it has been told to INS to use some commonsense on deciding the approval of GCs based on category-
Employment based GC are no threat to the security of this country also immigrants in this category are highly skilled and educated individuals and they have contributed to the prosperity of this country.

Do not keep dragging people in this category and All these cases should be approved fast.


I hope no one getting upset with my optimism

I wish ....

.... I could make you the director of DHS .... so that all these could be implemented today ...... just like the Gov of that state granting pardon to all on death row.... goodness what power. .... imagine how much effort (going to court, getting lawyers... fighting case .... ) got wasted at one go .... I hope it saved a couple of actual innocents....

And I already passed 180 days, so no hassles in joining except the job description and title is going to change.
