Hi,
i am on my OPT now which is valid till may 2006. I hae my H1B approved which starts from Jan 1 2006. I travelled to india on family emergency and came back on my F1 OPT status. But my H1 is approved by this time. Does this create any problems as the I-94 i have now is differnt from the one i have in H1 filing documents.
