Is there a site where they monitor how long it is taking to get OPT/EAD for students (post-completion OPT from F1 students)? Also is there an option for premium processing just like H1B and Greencards?

I have applied my OPT in April 2003 in Pennsylvania state.

You can go to this site and you have to enter your SRC number, which will be there on your "notice of action". You will get this notice of action from INS after they withdrawn fee from your account.

I guess you applied for you OPT in Vermont Service Center .
You can to this site and see how many days they are taking to process applications.

And as far as I know there is no option for premium processing.
