Hello,
I am currently on OPT which expires on May 2007. I am preparing for my USMLE and so have not applied for job. I want to transfer from OPT (F1) to H4.
How long it usually take for transfer from F1 to H4?
can we do premium processing for the same?
Will it require my wife's paystub to apply for my H4 as dependent?
Also I heard that there is 2 months grace period after OPT expiration, Will I be considered as on status if I get approval during that period?
