Hello guys,
I have a question and need some help. I came to US on F1 status for my Masters on Aug 2003, did all my course work except my thesis defence. I started working on my OPT and applied for my H1 which is approved and starts from Oct 1st, 2006. My OPT has expired on Aug 13th, 2006 and was out of status for 1 1/2 month. I believe INS gives a spare duration of 2 months from OPT to H1. I have been approved with my H1B and booked an appointment at Nogales, Mexico for this Oct 26th. Can any 1 who were in same situation got succefully stamped. If so I would appreciate if you can share your experience with me, like what were the questions and documents needed, etc.
Is NE1 planning for stamping at Nogales on this Oct 26th.
