OPT to H1B Problem

my OPT also exprires on may 07 and according to me you cannot stay in US, you need some status till OCT 07. now i am also trying to find out what to do? we have 2 options, 1) Go for school and get i-20 and be in status.
2) Go for another country or home country where u can work with ur employer and then comeback after stamping to US.

Yeah perrry, we can be in touch. I tried to gather some information, seems like, we can't stay in the country and thus either you are enrolled with a school, ot your emplyer allows you to work from another country or then u start work from oct 1st and take a forced vacation

Hi, Tina! My application was submitted last Dec and accdg to the HR Dept, Vermont asked for more information. Does it mean my application is being considered even if the quota has been reached july 26? I work in a non-profit organization as a special ed teacher. Does this qualify for no-quota requirement?
Also, I don't think HR Dept didn't prepare an LCA. Is this truly required? How come Vermont Center didn't ask for it when they sent the request for more info?
