I am student graduting this may with a bachelors degree. I am planning to apply my OPT with starting date as June 1. The problem is if my employers wants to do my H1 for the next year I will be left with 3 months before oct 1 next year before the start date of my H1. I was wondering if this process could be done early or what i could do in that time between (jun 2007 - oct 2007)to stay legally in the US.
