Hello,
I am currently on F1 - OPT status expiring july 14 2005 and my company is filing my H1B. My husband is also on OPT but his OPT expires april 14 2005. He has not yet got any offers, so he might have to change his status to H4. My questions are as follows:
1) How long will it take for me to get my h1b if my company does premium processing
2)Is it advisable to apply for my husband's h4 visa along with my h1b.
3)Can we wait until his opt expires + 60 days grace period to apply for h4 visa
4)What if my husband gets a job and he needs to apply for h1b??
