OPT to F1

Hello friends ,
My F1 visa expired in Juune . I am on OPT which expires in December end , and since I could not get my H1B filed on time for the 2007 years quota , I want to apply for F1 again in order to get new I-20. How can I do this ?
Do I have to again apply fresh for some program in US Universities like masters , I have already done Masters in Comp Sc. from here , and I do not want to repeat Masters , Is there any way I can enroll in some IT classes in any university or community college and get an I20 and F1 ?? Your responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.
 
You can get an I20 from any University (most easily from the same place you did your master's from). But keep in mind:

masters in same dept is not allowed.
admission in another dept will be tricky, (since your I20 has to start from dec)

and also whatever you do keep in mind that the next time you are there at the consulate to ask for a visa, they will question all your actions.
