OPT Student - H1b doubt

Hi,

I graduated with a MS degree from an US university in Dec 2004. My OPT started on Feb 15th 2005 and ends on Feb 14th 2006.
I got a job in Company A which applied for my H1b...this H1b got approved on 30th June 2005 with the start date of 1st Oct 2005. In the meanwhile, I have got an offer from another Company B who is also willing to file for my H1b asap.
Now am in a dilemma whether to leave the present one and go ahead and join the new one or not.
Since my OPT is still valid can I change my Company or i will have to stick with Company A till Oct 1st and then do H1 transfer.
Does the approval of the H1b through Company A have any effect on this?
Please guide me as I don't know how to proceed about this.
