Hi all,
My wife applied for opt last week 12/8, and it was recieved by the service center last saturday 12/11 and she is graduating on 12/20. Did not get the opt application reciept yet and her I-20 is also expiring on 12/20. Her i-94 says until duration/status. Is she in legal status. What are her options.
