I filed my OPT applications on Sept. 26th, 2007. I had also included an offer letter from my employer.
Even after four weeks I haven't received the OPT receipt and my check has not been cashed by USCIS. I had filed for a start date of Dec 16th, 2007.
My question is What are my options if my OPT Card doesn't arrive on time can I go get a temporary EAD? and secondly is anyone else who has filed for OPT facing the same delay?
