I have a question, which is quite urgent.
I am wondering if the online status for OPT on USCIS website says that the case has been approved, can someone start work without waiting for EAD card..
Well i know that employer needs to see EAD while filing I-9, but there is also a clause on I-9 that if an employee can show a proof that his/her authorization is approved and he/she can present the actual card in 90 days.
My another concern is what would be an actual proof document for authorization, Whether a print out from USCIS website's online status that says that OPT is approved works or not...
Please comment on this.
