OPT problem

Hi,

I am planning to do an internship outside the united states, which ends on September 23rd. I also have a job offer which starts from the first week of october. I need to apply for OPT, but there is the following problem:

- If I apply before my internship, the OPT application will be cancelled if I travel out of US
- I cannot apply for OPT while I am outside US
- If I apply after my internship, I will not get the OPT on time and there is no guarantee that the expedite request is approved.

I don't have the option of postponing the start date of the job. Can you let me know what I can do?

This is post-completion OPT? Note that the OPT start date must be within 60 days of your graduation.

Hello. I am hoping if someone can give me some information on my issue. I was on OPT and now back to school again. However, during my OPT period, I didn't report my work to DSO. I was doing unpaid internship and have my employers letter to prove it. I will be graduating soon and want to apply for my second OPT. Will there be a problem since I have not reported my OPT last time? is there anyway I can correct this issue?
