I am going for H1 stamping from F1.
In my OPT I got paid through 1099. My H1 started on Oct14th, but I have W2 only from Nov and was paid for whole of Oct with 1099. Will this be a problem ? I was also told, I cannot recieve payments using 1099 in OPT
I know with H1, 1099 is not allowed. Will it be a problem even if it was for 15 days ? As I received my H1 only in the 3rd week of October and they started W2 from November 1st.
