I am on OPT now and till now i didn't get any job
I didn't had payroll that could run by employer
so am i going to face any problem in my OPT extension and H1-B processing
if didn't have payroll on OPT
If you have been unemployed more than 90 days your OPT is already terminated. You will have problems since you have had no job. You need to go home. If you have been unable to find a job during this length of time, your skills are not needed int he US at this time.
