OPT passed 90 days EAD not received

I applied for my OPT on Sep. 2006, got the receipt on Sep. 22 2006. I have not received my EAD card yet (Jan 8 2007). It's passed 100 days. I got an info pass appointment for Newark NJ, for interim EAD but they told me they don't issue interim card here anymore. Does anyone know how to get an interim EAD card? Where/whom to contact? Any suggestion what I can do now? I have an offer and may loose it soon if I don't get the OPT card.

I have exactly the same issue. they told me at the ins in Pittsburg office that they no longer issue interim EAD. How did you resolve your issue? Also, I have an F1 and graduated. my 60 days after graduation are up and I am affraid that I will have to leave the country. Please, let me know how did you situation resolve and if you have any advise for me
